We help embed Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) throughout the employee lifecycle. Our services include improving recruitment, performance review, promotion, talent development practices amongst others.

We help you achieve EDI and ESG goals by engaging leadership and staff to create effective strategies. We define ‘SMART’ objectives, support strategy communication, and provide governance for monitoring progress.

Our interactive workshops engage teams at all levels. We cover topics like inclusive leadership, positive action initiatives, EDI in Learning & Development, allyship, mental health etc. We also organise panel and speaker events.

We conduct comprehensive EDI audits to identify gaps and set benchmarks. Our services include pay gap reporting, data analysis against ESG goals, policy reviews, KPI identification, and Equality Impact Assessments.
