I describe myself as a ‘respectful disruptor’ who is passionate about making a difference and getting things done. Through my career I have continuously questioned and challenged ‘exclusive’ systems, practices and cultures.
This has enabled me to influence and implement pragmatic solutions to complex EDI and culture issues, with long term impact.
Over 20 years of strategic experience in Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) in a range of organisations ( from Financial Services, Higher Education, STEM and Formula One), provided me with a breadth of experience in different sectors with different challenges.
In addition to my role as CEO of Unity Bridge, I am also the Head of EDI for a high performing Formula One Team, which enables me to keep abreast of current people & culture issues and find pragmatic and innovative solutions.
I use my own lived experiences and insights from others to help shape interventions that are authentic, to influence cultural and behavioural change and break down siloes. This has been evidenced through improvements in engagement and EDI surveys, improved diversity metrics and various awards and accolades for the organisations I worked with.
I am a qualified coach, Visiting Fellow of the Gender, Leadership & Inclusion Centre at Cranfield University and a Trustee of Women Leaders UK.
