I describe myself as a ‘respectful disruptor’ and am passionate about people and making a difference. I create inclusive workplace cultures to help drive engagement, performance and innovation with long-term impact.

Throughout my career I have always been curious and challenged ‘exclusive’ systems, practices and cultures. This has enabled me to influence and implement pragmatic solutions to complex EDI and culture issues, with long term impact.

With over 20 years of strategic experience in EDI, I have had the privilege of working across a diverse range of industries—everything from Financial Services and Higher Education to STEM and Formula One. Each sector has presented unique challenges, all of which have shaped my approach to creating inclusive environments.

In addition to leading Unity Bridge as CEO, I am also the Head of Inclusion and Social Impact for a high-performing Formula One team. This role keeps me on the cutting edge of the latest trends in people and culture, empowering me to develop practical, innovative solutions that drive meaningful change.

I draw on my personal journey and the valuable insights of others to create meaningful, authentic interventions that drive cultural and behavioural change. My approach focuses on breaking down barriers and fostering collaboration, with tangible results such as increased engagement, stronger EDI outcomes, and improved diversity metrics. I have had the privilege of contributing to award-winning organisations along the way.

Alongside my work, I’m a qualified coach, a Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University’s Gender, Leadership & Inclusion Centre, and a proud Trustee of Women Leaders UK.
